Q: What products does your company produce?
A: We are a high-tech enterprise specializing in the design, R&D, manufacturing and sales of high and low voltage DC contactors, power switches, connectors, contact assembly, etc.
Q: Do you have the catalogue? Can you send me the catalogue to have a check of all your products?
A: Yes, we have the product catalogue. Please contact us on line or send the Email to us for it.
Q: I need your price list of all your products, do you have it?
A: We do not have a price list of our all products. There are so many items, and the prices are always changing because of the producing cost. Please kindly let us know the specific products that you need, we will send offer to you soon!
Q: I can’t find the product on your catalogue, can you make this product for me?
A: Our catalogue shows most of our products, but not all. So please let us know the detailed parameters of the products you need, we will check for you.
Q : Can you make customized products and customized packing?
A: Yes, customized services are available in our company. Kindly let us know your detail requirements, we can custom-make for you.
Q: Can you provide samples ? Are the samples free?
A: Because the unit prices of our products are very high, free samples to every customer is a little difficult for us. While we can minus the samples charge in the official order amount. And regular clients can enjoy the free sample service.
Q: Which kind of payment you can accept? Can I make the payment in RMB?
A: T/T(bank transfer), L/C and Paypal are all available. And RMB, USD, EUR, GBP, HKD are acceptable.
Q : What about your delivery time?
A: Many of our products are in stock. We can send the stock products in 3 working days. If without stock, or stock is not enough, we will confirm the delivery time with you.
Q : How to deliver my order? Is it safe?
A: For small packages, we will send them by Courier, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS, etc. That’s a Door to Door service. For big packages, we will send them by Air or by Sea. We will pack them carefully in accordance with the export standards to ensure the safety. Please check the packages when you receive them. If there is any damage of the cartons, please contact us first, and not sign them.
Q: Do you have a guarantee of your product quality?
A: We have a guarantee of one year for general products.
